You Will Need:
Printer
Paper
Scissors
Glue
Silver foil card stock (optional)
How to Make:
Step 1:
Print out the sheets and cut out all the shapes with scissors. You may want to glue on to thicker card.
Step 2:
Using a glue stick, attach stars, lightning bolts or speech bubbles to your cuffs.
Step 3:
Decorate your cuffs! Get creative with paints, crayons, cut outs, glitter... the choice is yours to make it your own.
Step 4:
Wrap the cuffs around your wrists to find the right size for you, and glue. Make sure they feel comfortable!
Step 5:
