We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and outgoing individual to join our small, dedicated and friendly UK sales team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Data entry
  • Handling wholesale and retail queries
  • Capturing new customer leads and forwarding necessary information to our sales team
  • Processing returns and issuing credits
  • Admin support to account managers
  • Build strong relationships with our customers to provide the best customer service experience possible
Job Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service or client facing role would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail with strong follow through
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Enjoying being part of a team, as well as having the drive to work on your own initiative
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Mid - Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing Graphics & Web team. It’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to expand our solid team who work on all digital and print briefs.

Experience and skills
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience as a web and print graphic designer (Mid-Sr. level)
  • Excellent typography skills and layouts 
  • Experience of working with e-commerce brands (in-house) and an understanding of design
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC and video editing programs
  • It is essential you have strong experience with digital platforms
  • Good knowledge of UI design and prototyping programs (web-based or desktop)
  • Experience with simple animation
  • Experienced in print production and liaising with external agencies i.e. printers, creative agencies
  • Experience in managing small teams or mentoring junior graphic designers is desirable
  • Understands the importance of following brand guidelines but also able to think ‘outside of the box’
  • Comfortable working across different types of projects, some of which might focus on areas other than design
  • Confident seeing through all stages of a project from concept to completion
  • Excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to grow with the company and go that extra mile

Responsibilities
  • Develop new graphic design ideas for the brand, ensuring you are working with current trends to maintain the team’s knowledge and awareness
  • Work on both digital and print projects
  • Update and maintain homepages, landing pages and templates across multiple websites
  • Provide art working support during busy periods (we produce 3 print catalogues per annum)
  • Mentor junior designers and work closely alongside our senior designers
  • Manage the creative studio workflow, ensure deadlines are met and have the ability to assign tasks efficiently as required
  • Assist art director on producing creative assets for studio requirements
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage last-minute amendments
  • Be a brand ambassador and ensure all work that leaves the studio is on brand
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide support to enable them to write engaging briefs

Mid - Senior Creative Artworker

We are looking for a mid to senior level creative artworker to join our growing Graphics & Web team. It’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to expand our solid team who work on all digital and print briefs.

Skills & Experience
  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience. (Mid- Sr. level)
  • Excellent core Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign). Experience with video editing program, XD or lightroom is desirable but not essential.
  • Understand the importance of being a brand ambassador and can demonstrate this understanding
  • Experience of managing a small team or able to demonstrate managerial skills
  • Attention to detail is very important for this role
  • Able to absorb information quickly and follow brand guidelines
  • Be resolutive – we encourage you to explore challenges and seek guidance when necessary
  • Have creative intuition
  • Excellent typography skills and layouts 
  • Knowledge of production processes i.e. print and project management
  • Holds the desire to learn new programs and has the ability to keep up to date with graphic designs trends
  • Able to multi-task, work to tight deadlines, thrives on last minute changes and can remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities
  • This is a creative artworker role where managerial experience is desirable but not essential
  • In charge of print catalogues print-ready artworks (InDesign) 
  • Manage catalogue workflow and production process
  • Manage the creative studio workflow, ensure deadlines are met and have the ability to assign tasks efficiently as required
  • Work on print and web projects. Please note that web projects include the requirement to produce blog posts, simple animated gifs along with wholesale and retail emails.
  • Occasionally assist with retouching and ad-hoc tasks within the team 
  • Manage own workload and priorities

Marketing Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a digitally savvy Marketing Manager who will work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer to drive customer growth, conversion, and retention via pr, email marketing, affiliate, and social media for this fun, global luxury brand. This role will require deep expertise in email campaign optimization and customer database analysis. If successful, the Marketing Manager will meaningfully contribute to the growth of Meri Meri by driving new customer leads, increasing conversion of new customer leads and improving customer lifetime value through ongoing retention efforts. In this role you are the key point of contact between all sales channels, the product team and creative services.  You will understand who our customers are and create content and campaigns that consumers will view as engaging and value added.  

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Maintain the content marketing calendar and define content requirements in collaboration with the head of ecommerce, sales, digital marketing, pr, product and design.  
  • Scope, build, deploy, and measure multiple email campaigns, journeys and workflows in Klayvio across email and social media. 
  • Optimize email templates and campaigns based on repeated a/b testing and best practice.  
  • Create retention programmes, such as birthday club and VIP clubs. 
  • Recommend exciting new ways to reach and engage our base, developing test strategies around those opportunities.  
  • Manage affiliate platforms and content partnerships to drive profitable sales and attract the right customers.   
  • Support PR agency and drive influencer activity. 
  • Evaluate CRM and ESP platforms and configure the best solution for the business needs.  
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns. 
Job Specific Competencies:  
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of how CRM activity drives and affects the wider business.  
  • Proven ability to use analytics and run A/B tests to improve communications.  
  • Strong background in customer re-engagement and retention strategies.  
  • Copywriting experience essential.  
  • Technologically savvy and able to rapidly adapt to new tools and platforms.  
  • Ability to adapt to both strategic and hands-on requirements.  
  • Strong business acumen and able to focus on both creative innovation and commercial success.  
Requirements:  
  • 4-5 years running email marketing and social media campaigns for a premium brand or retail business. 
  • Experience constructing and running A/B test strategies, demonstrating incremental impact of CRM.  
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation, and email marketing platforms.  
  • Experience using at a technical CRM (such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Klayvio)  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, English, mathematics or other related
