Key Account Manager

Meri Meri is an award-winning children’s lifestyle brand that specialises in high end party products, accessories, play and home. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Key Account Manager to join our small but expanding sales team based in Cheltenham. 

This position involves working directly with our international distributors and overseeing our external sales team and agencies. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both sales and account management and have outstanding customer service skills with a passion for growing our existing key accounts as well as developing new business opportunities. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Drive order frequency and average order values to elevate sales revenues
  • Educate customers about our range and new products as they arise
  • Create and administer customer orders providing a seamless and positive buying experience
  • Provide fast and effective support, resolving customer issues quickly
  • Maintain & update customer profiles ensuring data security objectives are met
  • Understand the individual needs for each key account and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support team members and facilitate collaboration in the workspace
  • Represent Meri Meri with a positive can-do attitude 
Skills & Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
  • Account management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to problem solve
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in programs including MS Office (Word, Excel) 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Demonstrate business acumen and a deep understanding of sales processes
  • A confident self-starter with decision making skills

Customer Service Representative

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organisation and is dedicated to supporting our customers whatever their question or query.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented (Mid - Senior) Graphic Designer to join our growing Graphics Design team, based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire U. K. They will be working closely with the Marketing and E-commerce team on all digital and print briefs. It’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to expand our department.

This position is best suited for designers who have a great interest in art & design, fashion and the digital world. You will have a few years of experience and be ready to progress to the next stage of your career. We are looking for a designer who holds great aesthetics which pairs with our vision. 

Experience and skills
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as a web and print graphic designer (It’s advantageous if you have previously worked in fashion retail) 
  • Excellent typography skills and layouts 
  • Experience of working with e-commerce brands (retail) and an understanding of digital design
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC
  • It is essential you have strong experience with digital platforms, such as shopify, Klaviyo
  • Basic knowledge of UI design and prototyping programs (web-based or desktop like Figma, XD)
  • Can create simple animation
  • Experienced in print production and liaising with external agencies i.e. printers, creative agencies
  • Comfortable working across different types of projects (project management)
  • Confident seeing through all stages of a project from concept to completion
  • Excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to grow with the company and go that extra mile
  • Experience in managing small teams or mentoring junior graphic designers is desirable
Responsibilities
  • Develop new graphic design ideas for the brand, ensuring you are working with current trends to maintain the team’s knowledge and awareness
  • Update and maintain homepages, landing pages and templates across multiple websites
  • Provide art working support during busy periods (we produce 3 print catalogues per annum)
  • Mentor junior designers and work closely alongside our senior designers
  • Manage the creative studio workflow, ensure deadlines are met and have the ability to assign tasks efficiently as required
  • Assist art director on producing creative assets for studio requirements
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage last-minute amendments
  • Understands the importance of following brand guidelines but also able to think ‘outside of the box’
  • Be a brand ambassador and ensure all work that leaves the studio is on brand
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide support to enable them to write engaging briefs
  • Keep up to date with all design trends, art & culture, fashion, graphic design and moving images

Multidisciplinary / Textile illustration / Product Designer, ideally with a background in fine art, illustration or textiles, to join our busy design studio in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
