We've collaborated with New York City Ballet to create the most enchanting holiday range inspired by their renowned production of George Balanchine's The Nutcracker®. This special embellished garland features classic characters from the ballet, a large 3D Christmas tree, and paper foliage swags with honeycomb baubles.
Split between two strings, which you can team together or style separately, it will give a statement look wherever it's displayed, perfect for above the mantel, in the porch or window. Simply pack away after use, then bring out year after year for a traditional festive display.

George Balanchine's The Nutcracker® is one of the most complex theatrically staged ballets in the company's repertory. The popularity of the ballet is immense and provides an unforgettable spark to everyone's festive season.
Children of all ages from New York City and around the world fill the David H. Koch Theatre to be captivated by Tschaikovsky's music, Balanchine's choreography, Karinska's sumptuous costumes, and Rouben Ter-Arutunian's magical scenery.

Product Specification

  • Our New York City Ballet garland, based on their production of The Nutcracker, features 2 strings of embellished and 3D details and a red round satin cord for stylish hanging. Team the 2 garlands together simply by hooking onto the back of the tree to create a swag effect, or style separately.
  • In the centre is a layered paper Christmas tree, sewn down the middle with green stitching, for a 3D effect, topped with a dusky pink satin ribbon bow
  • The foliage swags feature honeycomb baubles in red, mint, pale pink, pale blue and royal blue - simply open out and secure with the hidden magnets
  • The Toy Solider features a red feather in his cap
  • The Mouse King has a red and gold ribbon sash
  • The Sugarplum Fairy and Snowflake Dancers have beautiful tulle skirt details in pink and blue
  • Yellow pompom trim details on one of Mother Ginger's Polichinelles
  • Simple self assembly required
